My name is Emilie, I live in Berlin and I am working as a medical doctor, doing my residency in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. This means that I am not blessed with any special knowledge on COVID-19, infectious diseases or intensive care medicine and this is not a medical blog! I will however provide information that I found useful during the last couple of months with Mr. Covid in my life…
By getting infected at the end of October 2020, which turned into long COVID for several months now, I was cut off from almost all my meaningfull activities in life. Normally… I love to go dancing (the real stuff: ballet, contemporary, jazz, lindy hop!), cycle (racing), jogging, do some yoga or cross-country skiing (when staying in the mountains). And I totally enjoy having friends over for long dinner parties, with killing homemade desserts, but also visiting a Berlin Techno-club from time to time…
So, with all this luxury of life in my memories, my goal for the following months is to transform back from my actual granny state into myself again. Will you join me?
